AR high-pressure water pump series is complete and has a wide range of applications, such as spray landscaping, fire-fighting equipment, commercial and industrial high-pressure cleaning equipment, municipal sanitation, seawater desalination, industrial cutting, etc. Its sales market has spread all over the world and has a leading market share.
High pressure water technology has been widely applied in industrialized countries such as Germany, the United States, and Japan since 1980. As an environmentally friendly high-tech, it has replaced chemical cleaning that pollutes the environment and is highly welcomed in industries such as power generation, petroleum, chemical, casting, nuclear power plants, airports, and cement. In 1990, ultra-high pressure cleaning and cutting technology was widely used in ship, naval vessel, military industry rust removal, ammunition hydraulic cutting and destruction.
Research and production practice have shown that high-pressure water jet cleaning technology is a reliable, economical, and practical cleaning technique. Compared with chemical cleaning, high-pressure water jet cleaning technology has the following advantages.
(1) When high-pressure water jet is used to clean pipes and heat exchanger holes with good cleaning quality, all scaling and blockages inside the pipes can be completely removed, and the metal body can be seen. A high-pressure water jet with enormous energy and supersonic motion can completely destroy hard deposits and blockages, but has no destructive effect on metals. Meanwhile, due to the fact that the pressure of high-pressure water is lower than the compressive strength grade of metal or reinforced concrete, high-pressure water jet cleaning will not damage the substrate being cleaned.
(2) The cleaning speed is fast due to the combined crushing effects of water jet erosion, wedging, shearing, grinding, etc., which can quickly break down and remove scale deposits. The cleaning speed is several times to more than ten times faster than traditional chemical methods, sandblasting and shot blasting methods, simple mechanical and manual methods. At the same time, the components cleaned by high-pressure water jet do not require secondary cleaning treatment; After chemical cleaning, it is necessary to clean the surface chemical agents with clean water.
(3) No environmental pollution. As high-pressure water jet cleaning uses clean water as the medium, water jet cleaning does not produce a large amount of dust like sandblasting, shot blasting, and simple mechanical cleaning, which pollutes the atmospheric environment and damages human health; It is not like some chemical cleaning that generates a large amount of waste liquid to pollute rivers, soil, and water quality. Using clean water as the medium for water jet, it is odorless, tasteless, and non-toxic. After the jet is atomized, it can also reduce the concentration of air dust in the work area, reducing the atmospheric dust from 80mg/m3 ³ by other methods to below the national safety standard of 2mg/m3 ³. Therefore, it will not cause any pollution. In addition, the recovery of high-pressure water jet cleaning solution is relatively easy to achieve technically.
(4) High pressure water jet cleaning has a wide range of applications and can clean components with complex shapes and structures. It can be used for cleaning in narrow and complex spaces with poor operating environments. There are no special requirements for equipment materials, characteristics, shapes, and types of scale, only direct exposure is required. Therefore, its application is very extensive.
(5) Easy to mechanize and automate.
(6) Energy saving, water saving, and low-cost cleaning. The medium used for high-pressure water jets is tap water, which is easy to source and widely available. During the cleaning process, due to its strong energy, it can be cleaned without adding any fillers or detergents, resulting in low cleaning costs, only about one-third of chemical cleaning. Secondly, the water jet cleaning method is different from the fire water cannon, which belongs to fine jet spraying. The nozzle diameter used is only 0.5-2.5mm, so the water consumption is only (3-5) m3/h, and the power used is 37-90kw, making it a water-saving and energy-saving equipment.
(7) In equipment maintenance, it can effectively restore equipment performance and extend equipment lifespan; Compared with other physical cleaning techniques, high-pressure water jet cleaning also has unique advantages.
